In August 1969, the Porsche 911 2.2
S replaced the 2.0 S. Lighter (alumi-
num engine cover and rear skirt ), it
is also more powerful (180 HP). The
new engine is less pointed and more
flexible with its currant use, while
keeping the typical character of the
sporty Porsche, surpassing 4000 rpm.
The 2.2 S was produced only during
2 years (1970/1971) with only
3,154 examples.
Our model in the sale has tinted electric
windows and a sunroof, options of its
time, and is presented in excellent condi-
tion both the exterior and interior, and
has all the invoices of repairs since
1998, the date on which it also benefi-
ted from a complete quality restoration.
