Unveiled in June 1962 at the Autodrome of Monza, the Giulia’s mission was to replace the aging Giulietta.
Produced in the brand new factory at Arese, this new sedan marked a real turning point for Alfa Romeo
which became the first manufacturer in the world to equip a sedan with a powerful and sporty engine.Thanks
to its bodywork with "differential strain" (protected passenger compartment), a very modern design for the time
favouring aerodynamics, a powerful 4 cylinders aluminum to dual camshaft derived from aviation and a manual
5 speed gearbox , the Giulia will remain as the fastest, most robust and confident automobile in its category
up until the end of the 1970s.Used by the Italian Carabinieri, the Giulia will also win many competitions,
which earned its evocative slogan: "Alfa Romeo Giulia, the sedan who wins the races".
The example that we offer you is a first hand and is particularly well preserved. Its leatherette interior is in
excellent condition as well as its of original white paint.
